With Tanya Burr being my blogging inspiration, there is no better way than opening with a review of her lipgloss and nail polish collection.
After looking at the collection several times, I settled on purchasing 'Peaches & Cream' nail polish and 'Picnic in the Park' and 'Aurora' lip glosses.
I'm a massive nail polish addict and change the colour of my nails weekly. Even though I have so many different colours and shades to choose from, lately I keep finding myself coming back to Tanya's 'Peaches & Cream' near enough every time! The name of the nail polish is lovely and is very appropriate as this colour is your perfect peach. I feel this a versatile shade as it's perfect for both Spring and Summer yet can also be worn all year round due to it being more subtle and 'nude-like'. The consistency of the nail polish isn't overly thick yet only requires 2 coats in order to show the colour at its best! Overall, I was so impressed with this nail polish and fell in love with the packaging! I'll definitely be purchasing more colours to add to my collection.
I've never really been a fan of lipgloss but since using the ones in Tanya's collection, I have became obsessed and do not leave the house without it! 'Picnic in the Park' (top) is a light shade of pink where as 'Aurora' (bottom) is a darker shimmery pink. The lip glosses are strong in colour, long lasting and aren't sticky which, for me, is crucial! The lip gloss applicator/wand is a different shape to most other glosses that I've used as it is flat but I feel this makes the application process easier. I would highly recommend Tanya Burr's lip glosses and the fact that they smell like strawberries is just another added bonus!
