During this time of year I love to wear a red lip. I think it greatly compliments my dark autumn wardrobe colour palette and also helps to glam up and transform a look! Even if you don't feel brave enough to work a red lip during the day, it's a great make-up essential to keep in your handbag ready to turn your look from day to night! I don't think anything nails the 'sexy yet classy' combo more than a basic elegant outfit and a bold captivating red lip! Last but not least, we can't forget that red is the most Christmassy colour to exist so as well as looking fab you're also looking festive!
Here are my current top 5 favourite red lipsticks from my makeup collection! The lipsticks I have chose do belong to high end brands but there are many drugstore brands that do amazing red lipsticks which I'd highly recommend such as L'oreal, Rimmel and Bourjois.
